Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
- Monitor and enhance guest interactions, ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate on strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency:
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and operational workflows.
- Oversee inventory levels, track supply usage, and coordinate replenishments.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all facilities.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to align goals and minimize service delays.
- Provide staff training and coaching to improve service delivery and operational excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an operations coordinator or manager or supervisor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle complaints professionally and implement solutions effectively.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards is an advantage.
