Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need: -

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience in change management, preferably in large-scale organizational transformation projects.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.


• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.


• Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.


• Experienced at developing and delivering change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs.


• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in high-pressure situations.
