Job Summary
- We are looking to employ a driven and detail-oriented business development associate to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales.
- The business development officer's responsibilities include identifying in-depth knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improving existing sales proposals.
- You should also ensure that the company can achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching and discovering new business opportunities for revenue generation
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
- Sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Meeting with potential customers/investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Qualification - OND.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in customer relations or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong marketing and negotiating skills.
- Proficient in office-relevant software or tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, Project Management software, CRM (will be an advantage but can learn on the job).
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
