Job Summary



  • They are in need of a Marketing Manager who will utilize the company’s marketing mix and will be responsible for communications to our B2Baudience of high-calibre organizations such as leading property consultancies, government organizations and multinational firms.


Required Job Description



  • Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses.

  • Visit offices to initiate a business

  • Pitch products and services.

  • Develop presentations.

  • Create and assess a business marketing strategy.

  • Develop competitive pricing strategies.

  • Follow through with customers and ensure satisfaction.

  • Oversee product development.

  • Create collateral to distribute during presentations.

  • Advise businesses on local, national, and international trends.

  • Develop sales quota targets.

  • Anticipate revenues.

  • Develop relationships with vendors.

  • Demonstrate company products and solutions.

  • Satisfy technical needs during the sales cycle.

  • Articulate competitive positioning.

  • Offer free or reduced trial periods for products.

  • Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems.

  • Follow up with leads aggressively.

  • Solicit feedback on products and services.

  • Provide short and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients

  • Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials-coordinating and socializing with content, creativity, sales and the broader organization

  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help to position and messaging

  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates.


Specification



  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with a proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.

  • MBA preferred but not required.


Remuneration



  • N150,000 - N200,000 per month plus Commission.
