Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and quality output.


• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.


• Implement and monitor adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.


• Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.


• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality standards.


• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.


• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the food and beverage industry.


• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.


• Proficiency in using production management software and data analysis tools.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
