We are hiring a Factory Manager (Technical) to lead operations at our Abuja Plant. This role oversees all plant activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while achieving operational and financial targets.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plant operations, driving performance and achieving KPIs.


• Manage process improvements, optimize productivity and control costs.


• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products.


• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, or related fields.


• 10–15 years of experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.


• Proven expertise in the Food & Beverages industry, lean manufacturing, and people management.
