JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE




  • Support the planning and execution of all approved shutdowns / turnaround (planned and unplanned) scope of work for the LNG Trains and utilities (GTGs) to ensure delivery of Business Plan in terms of HSE, plant availability, integrity and performance to guarantee delivery of committed LNG, LPG and Condensates in a competitive manner. 



MAINACCOUNTABILITIES




  • Assist in the planning and execution of all Trains and utilities (GTG) shutdowns within approved Budgets, Durations, HSE and Quality targets for the shutdowns.

  • Assist in the execution of the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) strategy for all Trains shutdowns and ensure implementation and compliance with Shutdown HSE targets.

  • Assist in the management of the Shutdown discipline team(s) during execution phase in a professional manner to deliver Trains and GTG outages/shutdowns in accordance with approved Shutdown Premise KPIs for all Trains / GTG shutdowns.

  • Assist in the execute Shutdown Management Process (SMP) and ensure adherence in all the phases of SMP for all Trains / GTG shutdowns.

  • Ensures, together with the Logistics Coordinator, that all Shutdown materials are available as at when due.

  • For all Trains shutdowns, assist in compiling comprehensive shutdown discipline closeout reports, including all statistics, and distribute to coordination team and the shutdown discipline team members.

  • Coordinate the development of complete work scopes for all trains and GTG shutdowns.

  • Ensure, together with the scheduling engineer that the discipline work scopes have been fully built into the integrated schedule.

  • Act as coach, trainer, or mentor for the Work Preparation team

  • Oversee and ensure the quality and quantity of work orders and work packs prepared by work preparers is in accordance with applicable procedures and processes.

  • Assure plant integrity by providing scope descriptions, vendor requirements, tools and resource materials in accordance with Shutdown Management Process (SMP) 



JOB REQUIREMENTS



Education




  • A University degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) 



Experience




  • 5-7 years post-graduation experience, out of which at least 3 years should have been spent in a multidiscipline Discipline Maintenance role in a reputable organization preferably an Oil & Gas company.

  • HSSE Critical Position (SCP)

  • This job function is categorized through the HEMP process as a Level-1 HSSE Critical Position and as such is subject to the competency compliance conditions
