Job Summary:
As a Human Resource Analyst, you are responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR data, preparing reports, and providing insights to help guide decision-making in areas such as Hiring, onboarding, employee record management, leave and holiday, employees’ welfare administration, performance management, learning and exit management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting in strategic planning of HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
- Assist in creation, review and implementation of company policies relating to employees.
- Work on recruitment process to source candidates, shortlist resume of candidates and update database.
- Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews and prepare offers for qualified candidates.
- Conduct orientation to newly hired employees.
- Maintain, update and compile reports on HRIS system to ensure accuracy of data for both new hires and existing employees relating to personnel activities i.e. hard and soft copies
- Review job descriptions of employees with HODs, making recommendations as business and organizational needs change.
- Handle employee welfare matters such as leave processes for implementation, complaints, and grievance procedures.
- Ensuring a positive open work environment with productive climate and culture for employees’ top notch service delivery.
- Collation of information on Employee activities for payroll processing.
- Support delivery of cyclical HR processes, performance management, salary & bonus review
- Prepare employment, salary increment, promotion letters
- Foster cross–functional relationships and ensure managers and employees are properly connected.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
- Handle employees’ exit formalities.
- Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
- Assist HR manager with the daily HR operations and processes by providing clerical and other administrative support.
- Perform every other duties as assigned.
Education Qualification, Certification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any business-related field
- Minimum of 3-5 year’s professional work experience in the HR field
- CIPM certification is compulsory
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Familiarity with labor laws, workplace regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Administrative experience.
