Key Responsibilities
Monitor store premises to prevent theft, damage, and suspicious activity
Conduct routine security checks and surveillance of store entrances, stock areas, and customer areas
Ensure the safety of customers, staff, and store assets
Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents within the store
Work closely with store management and staff to enforce security protocols
Report and document any security violations or incidents
Assist in managing customer conflicts or disturbances as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of 4-5 years experience in a security role.
Knowledge of security procedures and risk management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.
Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods.
