Responsibilities

• Developing strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand outlet traffic and optimize profitability


• Meeting outlet’s goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff


• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service


• Maintain outstanding outlet’s condition and visual merchandising standards


• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc


• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share


• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)


• Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies to existing/ potential customers.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or relevant field


• Proven successful experience as a retail Sales rep, Store Supervisor, Marketing Executive, Customer Experience or a similar role


• Leading skills and business orientation


• Customer management skills


• Strong organizational skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in MS Office, as well as CRM software.
