Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To qualify the requests for learning and development (L&D) support through identifying core business problems then assessing, planning, designing, developing, and implementing the learning solution programs for the clients
- Creating bespoke programs up to exec levels of management that align with design and delivery methodologies.
- Implement various learning methods for clients (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Leveraging multi-component learning solutions and support frameworks to embed learning, ensuring optimum results in a fast-paced environment
- Define measurement strategies that link the L&D programs to tangible benefits and return on investment
- Generate and convert new businesses for the organization.
- End-to-end L&D solution delivery from design and implementation – to time, cost, and quality, as well as having a demonstrable track record of managing and delivering multiple projects at any one time.
- Conceptualize design and develop eLearning, Face-to-Face, and blended learning materials that are both engaging and innovative.
Skills & Qualification Required:
- Previous experience in an L&D consultative role – strong client-facing experience
- Demonstrable ability to produce clear documentation, designs, and specifications
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACIPM) is an added advantage.
