Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new potential clients.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to retail outlets.
- Collect payments from customers promptly and accurately.
- Ensure proper display and visibility of company products at retail outlets.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Route Planning & Management:
- Plan and execute efficient daily sales routes to maximize productivity.
- Manage and maintain the company-provided sales vehicle in good condition.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- SSCE and others
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry loads.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and relevant product categories.
- Must reside in Calabar, Cross River State
