The person we are looking for must possess the following competencies: 




  • From seamless planning to total execution of all NICA Conferences & Public Events locally and internationally.

  • Loads of network of contacts that guarantees sponsorship of all NICA conferences, public events, as well as sourcing of conference speakers.

  • Amiable and extroverted personality, a quick business thinker, unbeatable business proposal writing skills, and an excellent public speaking ability.

  • Honesty, Integrity, Hardwork and Loyalty are 4 key words that must guide the conduct of the person occupying this role.



Expected remuneration for this role is between #250,000 and #300,000(Gross) subject to review based on productivity target. There is also performance incentive reward between 0.1% and 0.3% if target exceeded.
