We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and expansion of our microfinance services.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including small business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the microfinance industry.
Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to design and launch new financial products and services that meet the needs of our target market.
Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services to existing and potential clients.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on business development activities, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing in the Microfinance sector.
Skills:
