Key Responsibilities




  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately

  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls

  • Receiving and sorting daily mail

  • Greets patients in the facilities and over the phone

  • Assists medical/healthcare professionals and patients appropriately.

  • Schedules appointments for patients

  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks

  • Prepares medical files and reports

  • Maintains and keeps patient information confidential

  • Maintain assigned medicinal supplies and equipment



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • 0-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines) is a plus.
