Responsibilities 

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.


• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.


• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring guests' satisfaction.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.


• Handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations.


• Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions securely.


• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.


• Assist in setting up dining spaces and clearing tables after service.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC).
