Job Description

• Perform weekly inventory review for MDS locations and HPL warehouse to ascertain the position of unpicked stock.


• Assist the team in managing the monthend stock count.


• Perform monthly stock reconciliation for MDS locations and HPL warehouse.


• Validation of customers' incentive redemption in line with the established scheme.


• Verify the float for retirement and reimbursement.


• Document work papers in a clear, concise, neat, accurate and timely way.


• Perform audits in assigned areas according to audit programs.


• Prepare written audit findings and make suitable practical recommendations.


• Able to present audit outcomes clearly and concisely.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a BSc in Accounting


• 1-2 years experience, preferably in FMCG Industry.
