About the job

• The Micro Loan Officer will be responsible for promoting and disbursing microloans to eligible clients while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with lending policies.


• Key duties include client acquisition, loan disbursal and monitoring, credit assessment, managing loan portfolios, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in training programs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.


• Experience: 0-3 years in microfinance, banking, or similar fields.


• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management software.
