Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential enterprise customers and ISPs/carriers for our connectivity solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Ability to contribute meaningfully towards developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for products such as Dark Fibre, Ethernet, IP Transit, and FTTH.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Dark Fibre, DWDM, Ethernet, transit connectivity, and FTTH products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
- Understand AFL Networks' specific offerings, including our open-access metropolitan fibre cable network services and aerial fiber-optic network infrastructure.
Marketing &Social Media:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our connectivity solutions.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
Team Leadership & Customer Engagement:
- Ability to develop and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 7 years work experience.
