Responsibilities:

• Sweeping and Raking


• Removing Weeds


• Clearing Debris (leaves, twigs, trash)


• Cleaning Garden Paths and Walkways


• Emptying and Cleaning Waste Bins


• Washing Garden Furniture and Structures


• Cleaning Water Features 


• Trimming Overgrown Grass or Hedges


• Clearing Drainage Systems (gutters, downspouts).


• Maintain and grow the garden to ensure it meets specific requirements and expectations


• Plant and nurture new trees


• Install and maintain seasonal plants


• Mow, trim and fertilize green spaces


• Mulch, edge, and weed gardens


• Advise management on the cost of plants and garden necessities with detailed quotations and reports• Prune and trim trees and bushes


• Maintain all gardening equipment and machinery, like mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.


• Monitor and maintain the health of plants


• Deal with pest problems that could damage plants


• Keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris and litter.


• And any other added responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Qualification: O’level


• Minimum of 3 – 7 years of experience as a Gardener


• Familiarity with landscaping design


• Extensive knowledge of regional plant life


• Knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them


• Knowledge of synthetic and natural fertilizers


• Knowledge of state health and safety regulations for landscaping
