  • We are a business based in Ikeja currently looking to Business Developement Officers (Interns) to join our team.

  • This is a full-time on-site role the will entail you learning about the services and applications we build we build and how to promote and market them to new and existing clients, utilizing both traditional & online sales/marketing techniques.

  • You must be able to develop your own client base within a short time frame.

  • Our ideal candidate is someone with some experience of selling business applications, a good communicator with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.



Core Responsibilities and Duties




  • Generate new Leads & Business deals;

  • You will be contacting potential customers to make appointments;

  • Create & utilize sales process to get new business;

  • Provide quotes and proposals to potential clients;

  • Arrange & manage technical meetings with clients;

  • Create & Manage marketing campaigns by working with our clients and suppliers;

  • Reporting & Administrative Duties.



Job Requirements




  • A result oriented Individual with a flexible approach to work;

  • A fast learner who is keen to grow their business development skills;

  • An effective and confident communicator with the ability to influence situations;

  • Possess an excellent personal drive and self-motivational skills;

  • Able to work with own Initiative plus challenge firmly held assumptions;

  • Excellent command of English Language - Written and Spoken;

  • Excellent Telephone and Interpersonal skills;

  • Minimum qualification - HND;

  • Must reside not more than 45mins commuting time from Ikeja.

  • Knowledge of Marketing Principles & Techniques;

  • Good Interpersonal & Networking Skills;

  • Result Oriented with Critical Thinking Skills;

  • Good Organizational Skills;

  • Self Motivated & Ambitious;

  • Experience using CRM Applications;

  • Experience in using Skype, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram.



Experience:




  • Minimum of 12 months professional experience

  • An existing client base will be beneficial;

  • Flexible work approach, self-motivated and organised.
