Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Software Engineer to join our innovative team in the fintech industry.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, a proven ability to lead teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.


• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.


• Oversee full-stack development, including web APIs, database integration, and UI/UX design.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.


• Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, design patterns, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).


• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing software to enhance performance and reliability.


• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the fintech sector to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the fintech industry, with a focus on .NET technologies.


• Previous experience in same or similar role.


• Demonstrated team-leading experience, including task delegation, performance management, and mentoring.


• Strong expertise in C# programming language, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.


• Comprehensive understanding of web API and database development concepts and patterns.


• Experience with front-end frameworks and tools (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) is an advantage.


• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


• A proactive approach to leadership with a passion for fostering collaboration and innovation.


• Experience working on B2C products.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Focus on technical documentation.


• Full stack understanding of web API/database development concepts and patterns.


• Experience with working with API Documentation.

Skills:

• Development experience with C# programming language, .NET Framework, .NETCore.


• Microsoft SQL Server database skills.


• Ability to work closely with Engineers and designers.


• Experience working on B2C products.
