Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage HR policies and initiatives in line with business strategy.


• Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.


• Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.


• Address employee concerns and mediate disputes to cultivate a positive work environment.


• Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing insights for improvement.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


• Work closely with management to identify staffing needs and manage workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in the consumer goods or food & beverage sector.


• In-depth knowledge of HR functions, practices, and labor laws.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse workforce.


• Proficiency in HR software and systems, alongside strong Microsoft Office capabilities.


• Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.


• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
