We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our training academy. In this role, you will drive student enrollment, build strong relationships with prospective clients, and promote our tech courses and programs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a keen understanding of sales strategies, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Purpose
To increase student enrollment and revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective learners into paying customers.
Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and promoting the academy’s tech programs to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
Support the academy’s mission to empower individuals with in-demand tech skills.
Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed assigned targets.
Cold calling leads generated by the marketing department
Generate new sales, maintain recurrent database, and create new recurrent opportunities
Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries
Cultivate solid relationships with all our key customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc in any discipline
2-3 years post NYSC relevant experiences (Business Development, Sales)
