Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and smart Waitress to join our team at a lively sports bar and restaurant. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.


• Take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure accuracy of orders.


• Maintain a clean and organized service area.


• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.


• Ensure guests' needs are met promptly and courteously.


• Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.


• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.


• Follow all health and safety standards, including food handling procedures.


• Stay energetic, positive, and approachable throughout your shift.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waitress or in a customer-facing role is preferred.


• Energetic, personable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
