POSITION OVERVIEW
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Sales & Growth Manager to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the company, driving revenue growth, and managing relationships with key clients and prospects.
- The role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring the sales team meets set targets and goals.
Job Description:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify growth opportunities, and optimize the sales process.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored campaigns andpromotional materials.
Business Development:
- Identify and target new business clients, building long-lasting relationships.
- Create and execute prospecting plans to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct product presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase the company’s offerings.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients.
- Ensure smooth contract negotiations and manage the implementation process of new contracts.
Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Provide coaching and training to the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, setting clear goals, and offering guidance to team members.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Use CRM systems to monitor sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecast future sales.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, including sales forecasts
- and updates on team performance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product development, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate new business opportunities and stay informed about market trends.
Requirements:
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- Previous sales experience: Minimum of 6 years experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales preferably in the resturant/ Foodchain industry.
Additional Information:
- Travel may be required for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
- Flexible working hours, with occasional weekend or evening work to meet
- client needs.
