Job Description

• Create procedural manuals for routine maintenance


• Estimate costs of labor and parts for maintenance activities


• Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work


• Assist and support Asset Coordinator.


• Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations


• Maintain records and files essential to maintenance reports


• Ensure safety is observed during all maintenance activities


• Order, receive and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities.


• Coordinate with Workshop technician to rebuild spare parts and equipment through procurement.


• Report incidents, unsafe acts and conditions and near misses timely.


• Any other job assigns by company.
