- The Position requires a high level of General Technical Knowledge in Networking and Technical Communication.
- An Excellent requisite skills as a contact Centre Engineer
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to improve and implement changes on the Network environment.
- Proactive health, Capacity, failover planning, lifecycle management and obsolescence management on the core Network.
- Responsible for supporting and managing Network Policy, Troubleshooting incidents and working with deployment teams.
- Day to day operational functions related to the Network.
- Provide Support for full lifecycle management of Network Devices.
- General Supervision, Plans, conduct and establishes a technical vision for assignments.
