Job Summary:




  • We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the power solutions industry, with a proven ability to drive sales of UPS, Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVRs), and Energy Storage Systems.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for UPS, AVRs, and Energy Storage products.

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including businesses, dealers, and end-users.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Provide product demonstrations and technical explanations to prospective clients.

  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads through digital campaigns and promotions.



Requirements:



Experience:




  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales within the power solutions industry or a closely related field.



Knowledge:




  • Strong understanding of UPS systems, voltage regulators, energy storage products, and their applications.



Skills:




  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to explain technical products in a simple and compelling manner.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualifications:




  • A degree or equivalent certification in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
