Key Responsibilities




  • Drive top-line store sales by leveraging in-depth knowledge of skincare products and effectively engaging with customers to meet their needs.

  • Demonstrate expert-level understanding of skincare merchandise, enhancing both personal and team-wide proficiency.

  • Inspire, support, and mentor team members to excel in sales and customer service.

  • Conduct training sessions for new associates to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.

  • Ensure smooth and efficient transactions at the point of sale, providing a seamless customer experience.

  • Actively contribute to business growth through engaging customer interactions and promoting available programs and promotions.

  • Maintain awareness of sales strategies and procedures, and uphold visual merchandising standards.

  • Contribute to a safe work environment and uphold company values.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.

  • Previous experience in beauty, personal care, cosmetology, esthetics, or retail experience with other beauty brands is essential.

  • Demonstrated expertise in skincare products with the ability to effectively demonstrate products on customers.

  • Previous leadership experience with a track record of guiding and developing associates.

  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Strategic and analytical thinking with a sound understanding of business acumen.

  • Proficiency in visual merchandising and comprehensive product knowledge.
