Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Lab Technician to conduct laboratory tests, analyze results, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests, including blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic tests.


• Analyze test results, identify abnormalities, and report findings to healthcare professionals.


• Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results, patient information, and laboratory procedures.


• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, centrifuges, and analyzers.


• Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.


• Registration or certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician from a recognized professional organization.


• At least 2 years of experience working as a Lab Technician in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
