Job Description

• As a Retail Assistant, you’ll create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, help them find the perfect look, and keep our store beautifully organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection and styling advice.


• Process transactions and manage returns.


• Maintain an organized, clean store and arrange displays.


• Assist with stock management and support during busy periods.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND  with 1 year experience.


• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Friendly, approachable, and eager to help customers.


• An eye for fashion and ability to give styling advice.
