Key Responsibilities
Staff Management & Development:

- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to enhance staff performance and satisfaction.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and implement programs to upskill staff and foster professional growth.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
Organizational Change & Culture:
- Drive positive change across the organization by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance evaluation processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Address performance issues and implement improvement plans as needed.
HR Strategy & Compliance:
- Develop HR policies and practices that comply with local regulations and support business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and ethical HR practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a professional environment.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to drive organizational change and improve staff efficiency.
- Proficient in HR software and tools for managing workflows and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
