Key Responsibilities

Requirements




  • First Degree in Engineering, Estate Management or any related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management

  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
