Key Responsibilities




  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a courteous and professional reception experience.

  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains welcoming and organized.

  • Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and accurately.

  • Schedule and manage meeting room bookings and appointments.

  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Facilitate effective communication between departments and with external stakeholders.

  • Monitor and maintain front desk supplies and equipment.

  • Address inquiries and resolve minor issues to ensure visitor and staff satisfaction.



Job Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in reception or customer-facing roles.

  • A track record of enhancing organizational visibility and successful communication initiatives is an added advantage.
