Job Summary:




  • We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team at our Abuja office.

  • The ideal candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, close deals, and contribute to the company's overall growth. This is a full-time, onsite position.



Responsibilities:




  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales 2 years of experience preferred).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Knowledge of Nigeria's business services and solutions industry, particularly within the context of technology integration and project management, is a plus.
