Responsibilities




  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications

  • Schedule travel

  • Curate trendy and relatable contents for our social media

  • Post Job Ads, screen candidates and schedule Interviews.

  • Payroll management

  • Plan and coordinate photo shoots.

  • Search, Coordinate and liase with models/influencers/content creators/photographers and all vendors and parties for our business promotions

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate online advertising, regularly review to optimize performance.

  • Research best trends to help business growth

  • Organizing events and conferences

  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

  • Managing databases and filing systems

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, logistics and clients

  • Collating and filing expenses

  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 2 – 3 years work experience.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized

  • Experience as a content creator/social media marketing

  • Proficiency in all social media platforms

  • Ability to travel

  • Skilled in MS Office Packages especially Excel/Google sheets

  • Proficiency in Canva/Inshot/Capcut.

  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information

  • Excellent written and communication skill

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Team working skills

  •  Time and project management skills

  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

  •  Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

  • Strategic and innovative thinking skills

  • Must be able to meet deadlines.

  • Strong decision-making skills.

  • Excellent organization and follow-through skills

  • Friendly, helpful and engaging personality
