DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER:




  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers.

  • Schedule and publish daily posts across social media platforms.

  • Track and analyse key performance metrics (KPIs) for ongoing campaigns.

  • Respond to online inquiries and comments promptly.

  • Ensure timely content delivery.



 




  • Review the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct a team meeting to discuss upcoming marketing activities.

  • Develop new strategies for increasing online engagement and patient acquisition.

  • Update the clinic's website with any new promotions or information.

  • Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Prepare a detailed report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.

  • Review and adjust digital marketing strategies based on performance data.

  • Plan and launch major digital marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct a competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends.

  • Attend training or workshops to stay current with digital marketing best practices.

  • Ensures that all targets as presented by the Business Manager are met.



CONTENT CREATOR: 




  • Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest.

  • Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and public communications.

  • Optimize Search Engine Optimization driven content and increase the site traffic.

  • Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.

  • Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.

  • Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.

  • Identify customers needs in relation to the company and write content to cater those needs.

  • Update the website, social media and content pages periodically.

  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.

  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
