Duties
Administrative Duties:
- Act as the front-line customer service support for incoming and outgoing calls from customers, clients, potential clients, and doctors/centers for lab results.
- Participate / support all company's marketing and branding campaigns.
- Coordinate courier services and maintain professional and courteous behavior to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide other registration/clerical and billing support as required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities with understanding and respect for the patient’s rights and strict confidentiality.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Education, Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc./HND in Biological Sciences
- Previous Experience 2 – 4 years post-graduation experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks promptly.
- Proficient use of clinical laboratory information systems.
