Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals.
- Drive and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals.
Business Development:
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to grow revenue.
- Own and hit/exceed sales targets.
- Establishand maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure efficient and effective operations across all departments, including technical, financial, and administrative functions.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budget preparation and cost control to ensure profitability.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Implementinitiatives for staff development and retention.
Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND; A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Associate Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) or Chartered Insurance Institute, UK;
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role;
- Strong and proven track record of driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives;
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills;
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex operations.
