Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Leadership:




  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals.

Business Development:




  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to grow revenue.

  • Own and hit/exceed sales targets.

  • Establishand maintain relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.



Operational Excellence:




  • Ensure efficient and effective operations across all departments, including technical, financial, and administrative functions.



Financial Management:




  • Oversee budget preparation and cost control to ensure profitability.



Regulatory Compliance:




  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.



Team Leadership and Development:




  • Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing team.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.

  • Implementinitiatives for staff development and retention.



Requirements




  • BA/BSc/HND; A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Associate Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) or Chartered Insurance Institute, UK;

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role;

  • Strong and proven track record of driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives;

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and decision-making skills;

  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex operations.
