- We are seeking to recruit and train a Human Resources person to lead and oversee all HR functions within our establishment
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a culture that aligns with our company's values while driving strategic HR initiatives , goal setting for staff within the organization and ensuring that projects and duties are carried out
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and general human resources functions
- Monitor projects development stages and provide all administrative support for smooth project execution
- Perform official correspondence as directed by the Managing Director
- Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director on all organizational administrative activities
- Planning and coordinating logistics and procurement functions in liaison with Procurement and Project teams for smooth day to day operations
- Provide necessary coaching and mentoring and ensure staff remain motivated to carry out task.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Any related working experience or HR certifications such as ACIPM or ACIPD would be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is desirable.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills is a plus.
