  • Attending meetings in the Office of the GMD, as required, in order to capture the key points of discussion. Following up post completion, in order to ensure that the directives issued are accomplished in a timely manner.

  • Act as a liaison between the GMD and internal/external stakeholders, including strategic partners.

  • Support new product development, equity raise and strategic partnerships.

  • Work closely with the Strategy team to ensure smooth coordination and tracking of strategic activities with the GMD’s schedule.

  • Provide technical support in preparation of presentations, correspondences, and reports in a timely manner.

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of strategic documents, presentations, and reports.

  • Update the GMD on critical information as it arises, track project progress, and ensure that milestones are achieved on time.

  • Track projects and the decision-making process for projects that require board and top-level committee approvals (e.g., board committees) and ensure that the relevant information for the committee to make an informed decision is readily available. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of events.

  • Coordinating and attending Committee Meetings Chaired by the GMD in order to ensure that the technical aspects are covered, and minutes prepared for closure and subsequent follow up.

  • Perform frequent and rigorous research on key Business topics both internally and externally to identify organization's fitment to strategic frameworks, establish industry trends, and collect benchmark data.

  • All other tasks related to the above functions as delegated by the GMD.



Relevant Skills, Qualification, Attributes & Experience




  • 4 years experience.

  • A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the financial services industry or with a technology team.

  • Good communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients, internal peers, inside/outside counsel, etc.

  • Discretion and confidentiality.
