Job Description

• Conduct thorough credit risk assessments of SME loan applications, including financial statement analysis, industry research, and market analysis.


• Prepare comprehensive credit reports and risk assessments, documenting all findings and recommendations.


• Monitor existing SME loan portfolios, identifying potential risks and proactively mitigating them.


• Conduct site visits to borrower premises to verify information and assess business operations.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the credit management system.


• Contribute to the development and improvement of credit risk policies and procedures.


• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes related to SME lending.

Job Requirement

• Proficient use of Bankone App.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex financial information.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Experience with credit scoring models and risk management software.


• Knowledge of local regulations and best practices related to SME lending.


• Experience working with microfinance bank.
