Job Summary:



We are a school located in Aguda, Surulere  looking for a qualified and experienced Maths and Chemistry teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and Maths and be able to teach students for external exams(like WAEC). The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to manage a class and control students. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.



Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assignments, and assessments for students.


• Encourage students to participate in class and promote interactive learning.


• Develop and implement engaging teaching methods.


• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.


• Manage and control the class.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Sciences or a  related field with at least CGPA 2:2


• At least 2 year of teaching experience.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage and control a class.


• Strong knowledge of chemistry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Education or related field


• Experience with project-based learning and inquiry-based teaching


• Familiarity with technology integration in the classroom
