Position Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced HR Management Executive to lead and elevate our HR operations.
- This leadership role will require a strong focus on developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies and systems, addressing recruitment needs, and driving organizational growth.
- The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in HR management, with the ability to act quickly and efficiently, ready to assume responsibilities immediately upon hire.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn)
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the business objectives of clients
- Develop a database of suitable candidates for future job openings
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Meet with clients to conduct interviews
- Prepare and distribute assessments; numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
For Elvaridah:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Certification such as CIPM, APHRi or PHRI qualifications
- 2-3 years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven track record of establishing and implementing HR policies and systems.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- A culture-driven mindset with the ability to foster and maintain a positive organizational culture.
