Key Responsibilities:

• Business Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives, business growth, and innovative product offerings. Strengthen partnerships with cooperatives, SMEs, and women-focused organizations.


• Operations & Innovation: Champion digital transformation, enhance core banking systems, and improve customer experiences.


• Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, manage risks, and maintain a PAR threshold below 5%.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders and present quarterly reports to the Board.


• Financial Oversight: Monitor performance, oversee HR, and drive financial literacy programs to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/professional certifications preferred).


• Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent).


• 10-15 years’ banking or microfinance experience, with 5+ years in senior management.


• Proven track record in business development, digital transformation, and strategic leadership.


• Strong knowledge of microfinance products and customer engagement strategies.


• Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools.
