Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial accounting curriculum that aligns with academic standards and objectives.
- Design and deliver structured lesson plans that engage students and enhance their understanding of financial accounting principles, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and accounting standards.
- Adapt lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including incorporating real-life examples and case studies where applicable.
- Evaluate and grade student performance through exams, assignments, quizzes, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their work, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, and provide timely reports to academic administration.
- Offer individual or group tutoring sessions to support students who need additional help with coursework.
- Address students’ questions and concerns related to the course material, assignments, and exams.
- Promote a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters student success and professional development.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in similar role
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to design and implement engaging educational activities.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations or conflicts effectively.
- Ability to Plan and manage classroom activities efficiently.
