  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closing deals.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs and presentations to senior leadership and client decision-makers.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market trends and business objectives..

  • Drive new business development through prospecting, networking and partnerships.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.

  • Continuously mentor and train the sales team to improve skills and performances.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers and business partners.



  Requirements:




  • Proven track record in Business Development, sales or a related role with measurable achievements in revenue generation.

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Expertise in sales forecasting and data analysis

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development

  • Knowledge of the Nigerian market and mobility/logistics trends is highly desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field

  • MSC is an added advantage
