Job Description: 

• Prospecting and on boarding clients.


• Promoting loan products to salary earners.


• Achieving sales targets.


• Developing growth strategies and plans


• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients


• Develop referral networks; suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in consumer lending or financial services.


• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge of loan products and processes.


• Minimum of 2years work experience in Consumer Lending.


• BS degree or HND degree.
