Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to join its team. The role holder’s primary responsibility will be to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our client’s business.
The role holder will be responsible for driving operational excellence, meeting customer expectations, and achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve operation processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Implement strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for optimization and implement innovative solutions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets such as customer information, inventory records
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Person Specifications:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Administration or similar role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in operations management, Administration or a relevant field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related role
- Experience in Fashion is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
